BOOKING A SESSION WITH BROOKE

What to expect from a private breathwork session:

Breathwork sessions average 1.5 hours. During this time, Brooke will give a short introductory talk, followed by a grounding meditation. and then move into the breathwork session.  At the end of the breathwork exercise, Brooke will conduct a refection talk, as well as discuss aftercare information.
