Private Breathwork W/Brooke (In Person)

Service Description

In this session Brooke will combine Reiki, Breathwork and coaching for a deep dive into all that you're working with. Release stuck energy & limiting beliefs, complete trauma cycles, get clear on what you want and how to receive it with an open heart. The breath - We'll use a specific, controlled and accelerated way of consciously breathing. This is a circular, connected breathing pattern that allows you, release stress, gain clarity and connect deeply with your own body. Conscious connected breathwork is one of the oldest, most direct and powerful tools to reset the nervous system and support your body's natural ability to heal.
